Spundae

Spundae dominates the west coast with events throughout California and ventures in Las Vegas as well.  We like Saturdays at Circus here in LA when house or breaks DJ’s are spinning.

Basic

Basic at King King in Hollywood is one of our favorite Friday nights out.  Admission is free with guestlist before 10:30pm, and if you arrive on time you’ll find ample parking (only $5). House music, all styles (tech & electro influences dominate).

DJ Dan

DJ Dan rocks it wherever he plays!  His old school sets are THE BOMB.  Dan does house music right.  He plays the bumping end of the spectrum, and whether it be funky house or hard house, you’ll always find yourself in the groove.

Home of breaks sensation Simply Jeff!  You can find all the newest vinyl, CDs, and DJ equipment here.  Located in Huntington Beach, CA. 

West Coast

Buzzlife
THE place to go in DC to hear the best talent around.  Buzz is run by none other than DJ Scott Henry and recently ended it’s zillion year reign at Nation in DC.  Where will it go next?  Stay tuned for details!

Sonar & Ultraworld
Sonar - Is it a lounge, club, or venue?  All of the above!  Get your fill of all types of music here, not just electronica.  Owned by Lonnie Fisher of Ultraworld fame… get your Ultraworld info here too.  Ultraworld = best parties ANYWHERE.

DJ Feelgood

Funky, booty shakin’ house music all night long.  This Baltimore DJ knows how to make your body move.  I keep trying to get him to play “Baltimore Club music” here in LA more often… you’ll loose your mind! 

DJ Scott Henry

His website doesn’t seem to be working at the moment… but you need to know him anyway.  His old school sets rock my world, particularly the sunrise variety. 

East Coast

DJ John Kelley

This LA native is one of North America’s foremost breaks DJs - a true pioneer of the West Coast sound. Lately he has been busy perfecting a selection of edgy, well-crafted tracks that combine his signature desert breaks with a new flavor of hard tech-hop and broken beats.  Be sure to check him out on his label Ball of Waxx.
